CU*money consists of five modules and runs for twelve weeks. Each CU*money module runs for two weeks and closes with a video conference. Every participant will be part of a coaching triad for the duration of CU*money. Together with their triad, they’re required to have an hour-long talk per module.

Start & duration:

• Start: Wednesday, February 15, 2023 (date of first video conference).
• End: Monday, May 15, 2023 (date of last video conference).

Your time investment:

Your total time commitment is about 20 minutes per work day (or optionally about 2 hours at a stretch). In addition, there is a 1-hour conversation with the triad every fortnight.

Requirements for participation:

• An internet-enabled device.
• Minimum age 18 years.

The structure and content of CU*money

• Module 1 ‚About Money‘ in which we explore the truth of money, 3 types of projections on money and what your relationship with money says about your identity.
• Module 2 ‚Old Money Story‘ guides you to explore your personal and your family’s history with money.
• Module 3 ‚Money Reality‘ asks you to look closely at the money reality you have created so far and thus lay the foundation for the future.
• Module 4 ‚Projections‘  takes you through a deep process of uncovering and reclaiming parts of your identity that you have projected onto money.
• Module 5 ‚New Money Story‘ introduces the ‚normal and the natural regime‘ when it comes to money and prosperity and will guide you to write your new money story.

Each module consists of:

• Audios that introduce the core ideas
• Self-reflection exercises that allow you apply the ideas to your life
• An hour long conversation within your coaching triad
• A 90 min group-coaching call with Coach Nadja Taranczewski focusing on integration and embodiment
