Flow Sessions in January 2025.

Description

Every year anew we begin with a list of intentions and projects – only to find halfway through the year that we have done little to nothing to progress on our intentions. As the saying goes: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome is crazy. Instead of getting stuck in elaborate intentions, how about starting 2025 with clarity, action and flow!

Flow2025 invites you to focus on one project and one project only and and make it happen through regular and consistent action. As part of the month-long Flow2025 programme, you will have access to twelve of our amazing online Flow Sessions.
Each 90 minute Flow Session helps you to:

  • create clarity about your very next step,
  • boost your focus and commitment by working alongside others for 60-70 minutes,
  • create a sense of belonging and community.

What you will focus on during Flow2025 depends entirely on you. Some ideas are:

  • bust tolerations and energy drains; declutter your life.
  • write your book; stop procrastinating, start writing.
  • define your purpose and vision; get clear on your legacy.
  • start on a collaborative project; turn an idea into reality.

Throughout the month of January, we offer three different time slots to ensure that you can participate in minimum one Flow Session per week!

Read some feedback for the Flow Sessions from our participants

“A Flow Session is a special time when a lot can be advanced. The focus and feedback in the one-on-one ‘clarity breakouts’ at the beginning is both very helpful and ingenious. I have made great steps forward and can only recommend the Flow Sessions.”
Martin Jessen

“The Flow Sessions are wonderful because: I am connected with others while progressing on my own tasks, I get lots of clarity from exchanging with wonderful buddies on what exactly I want to do and why it is important to me. To be connected to both this clarity and also to the other people helps me stay focused on what I committed to. It makes it much easier to get into the flow state and stay there. I make valuable new connections to fabulous new people.”
Julia Reichert

“During a Flow Session I get connection; with other wonderful people and also with myself. This serves the basic, and often underestimated, need for belonging. I get clarity about what is next. When I (once again) can’t decide. The clarity break-out sessions help me to get clear. I get focus, which I often lack as a very versatile, very interested and very busy person. And of course I get into flow, this wonderful feeling that I would describe as an active and connected state of being.”
Patricia Hilali

“The frame of the Flow Sessions is so creative! In every session, I meet another facet of my own thoughts and actions. I experience freedom in this trusting atmosphere and enjoy experiencing my own sincerity and frankness.”
Vallerie de Bykowska-Wartelle

“What I love about the Flow Sessions ~ they offer a very friendly access to accountability by enabling intention-setting and co-being in the same time box with others. Even if don’t get done exactly what I intended, I am far less likely to stray and much more likely to end up having covered considerable ground than if I had been on my own during the same time period.”
