CU*source consists of five modules and runs for fourteen weeks. Each CU*source module runs for two-three weeks and closes with a group coaching call. As a participant, you will be part of a coaching pod for the duration of CU*source. Together with your pod, you are required to have an hour-long pod talk per module.

Start & duration:

Access to the programme’s online platform will be granted on March 6th. The first live video conference will take place three days later, on March 9th.

• Start: Monday, March 9, 2026 (date of first video conference).
• End: Monday, June 15, 2026 (date of last video conference).

Your time investment:

Your total time commitment is about 20 minutes per work day (or optionally about 2 hours at a stretch). In addition, there is a 1-hour conversation with the pod every fortnight.

Requirements for participation:

• An internet-enabled device.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• The programme and the coaching calls will be held in English.

Your contribution to CU*source

We live in different financial circumstances. Fairness does not mean that everyone pays the same amount, but that needs, capacities and feelings are taken into account. Together, we want to overcome old market logic and talk openly about financial circumstances, assumptions and fears. This creates a regenerative practice in which everyone is satisfied with giving and receiving.
When you register, you only pay 149 EURO (plus VAT) as a registration fee. During the programme, you determine your final contribution yourself – so far, this has ranged from 350 to 2,000 EURO depending on the situation. This creates a community based on transparency, care and a new understanding of prosperity.
If you feel anxious because you don’t know how much your contribution will be in the end, don’t worry. We want this process to be light-hearted, enjoyable and insightful!

The structure and content of CU*source

• Module 1 ‚Initiatives & Source‘ in which we will introduce you to the core principles of source, the difference between source and patriarchy, and explore your own capacity of flowing freely between different roles.
• Module 2 ‚Creative Fields‘ introduces the distinction of a creative field vs. an organisation, looks at rules, roles and team work, and supports you in making a creative field map.
  
• Module 3 ‚Being a Source‘ looks at how to identify the source of a creative field, the three roles in a creative field, and the importance of inner work and consciousness development in becoming a better source.
• Module 4 ‚Life Cycles and Succession‘  investigates through the lens of source how to pass the torch, what really happens when initiatives merge, and when to allow an initiative to come to an end.
• Joyful Money Flow Process – instead of operating with a fixed participation fee, we will engage in a deep conversation about vision, values, needs and capacities. This will serve as the context for determining your final financial contribution to CU*source.
• Module 5 ‚Love and Radix‘ looks at how to grow a creative field with love and what it means to be a radical in the true sense of the word, and helps you connect the dots of the entire CU*source journey.

Each module consists of:

• Audios that introduce the core ideas
• Self-reflection exercises that allow you apply the ideas to your life and work
• Exchange of insights, experiences and questions with other participants on the learning platform
• An hour long conversation within your coaching pod
• A 90 min group-coaching call with Coaches Tom Nixon and Nadjeschda Taranczewski focusing on integration.

Important information about Pods:

A pod is a small group (2-4 people) that meets virtually once per module (every 2 weeks) for an hour and discusses their findings with each other. The learning experience in CU*source is most intense when you go through the process with a learning pod. Pod Talks help you to better progress and deepen your understanding of the programme.
However, Pods only work if you commit to the exchange! The allocation to a pod is automated by our system.
